Treatments offered

Every treatment starts with a thorough assessment at the first session. Techniques are then chosen based on your situation — never the other way around.

Musculoskeletal rehabilitation & recovery

Sprains, tendinopathies, healed fractures, muscle tears or long periods of immobilisation: rehabilitation aims to progressively restore strength, mobility and stability.

The programme progresses through measurable stages — first reducing pain and regaining range of motion, then rebuilding strength, and finally returning to your daily activities or sport.

Post-surgical rehabilitation

After orthopaedic surgery (hip or knee replacement, ligament reconstruction, shoulder surgery…), physiotherapy plays a major role in the final outcome of the operation.

The work follows the protocol set with your surgeon: regaining mobility, progressive strengthening, and resuming walking and activities, in coordination with the medical team following you.

Back and neck pain

Lower back pain, neck pain, sciatica, tension linked to remote work or repetitive movements: spinal pain is the leading reason for physiotherapy consultations.

The goal is twofold: relieve pain with appropriate techniques, then address its causes — posture, daily movements, strengthening — to reduce the risk of recurrence. You leave with simple exercises and a clear plan.

Geriatric physiotherapy

Preserving independence in older adults is precise work: maintaining walking and balance, preventing falls, rehabilitation after hospitalisation or a fracture.

This is expertise I practise daily in a residential care setting since 2021 — with the patience and gradual approach this kind of care requires, both for the person and their loved ones.

Reimbursement & fees: physiotherapy sessions with a medical prescription are partly reimbursed by your health insurance fund. INAMI agreement details and fees will be specified here. [To be completed with the client]
