This website only collects personal data through the appointment request form: full name, phone number, email (optional) and reason for the request.

You are expressly asked not to share detailed health data through this form; such data is only collected during consultations, as part of your patient file, subject to professional confidentiality.

Purpose and legal basis

Form data is used solely to respond to your appointment request (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6.1.b GDPR). It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.

Retention period

Appointment requests are kept for a maximum of [12 months — to be confirmed] and then deleted. The patient file itself is subject to the legal retention periods for care records.

Cookies

This website does not use any cookies or third-party trackers. That is why no consent banner is shown to you.
