About

Personal care, not an assembly line

A graduate of Haute École Léonard de Vinci in Brussels, Nicolae Cosmir has practised since 2021 at the Maison Médicale Edmond Machtens in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, and also cares for residents of a care home on the outskirts of Brussels.

This dual practice — patients of all ages at the health centre, older adults in residential care — has shaped a simple conviction: care is better when you take the time to understand the person, not just the pain.
